This bandstand replicates the original that stood here in the 1940s. It's a gift to the community from the Hache Grant Association and serves as a symbol of community pride, progress, and optimism for the future. Also enjoy the beautiful oak trees here they date back before WW2.
The funds dedicated to this project were raised through the Bayou Terrebonne Boucherie held every March in Downtown Houma.
