Welcome to the Upper Luther Burbank Park Multi. This park is less well-known than the more prominent Luther Burbank Park, but there are quite a few great spots here to hide a cache. All the waypoints are virtual and gather information for the final coordinates. Make sure to check with Certitude before you navigate to the final, as you will get a better hint.
WP1: When does the park close? 1_:00 PM
WP2: Look at the tree to the left. There is a rock with an eye painted on it. What color is the rock? (3: Red 5: Green 7: Purple) The rock is currently missing. Until I can find a good substitute for WP2, B=3.
WP3: Look to the left and see the parallel trees. How many are there?
WP4: What color is the fire hydrant? (5: Red 7: Yellow 9: White)
WP5: How many letters in the blue sign with an arrow on it?
WP6: Speed limit: 1_ MPH
