Prime Steel Park is a neighborhood park with a playground, basketball court, and a picnic shelter. It was named after the Prime Steel Car Club, a local non-profit organization, who provided funding to the Grand Forks Parks and Recreation Foundation.
The previous cache here was repeatedly muggled, and I was unable to obtain the parts to replace it. Accordingly, this is a brand new cache type and hiding spot. Thank you for all who found and enjoyed the last cache.
