I love this time of year because there is so much daylight. Today there will be 15 hours, 59 minutes, and 11 seconds of light which is only 7 seconds less than the solstice two days from now. I woke up on the morning of my last outdoor event and my lawn had 9' of snow and the road was solid ice. I contacted the event goers and we met up an hour later. Since then, I have hosted 4 events ... all indoors. It is now time to venture outside once more. I like to meet on Kite Hill at Gas Works Park, but the weather can be unpredictable ... so the gathering spot will be near the Play Barn where we can retreat if the weather turns rainy. If anyone needs, I can stay a bit late - just let me know.
