To get the final coordinates for this mystery cache you must complete the Adventure Lab named "A Day of Bargain Hunting - Leesburg". Each of the locations contains two numbers to complete the puzzle. The cache is located at the following coordinates:

You will need a smartphone with data service and the Adventure Lab app installed. You can install the app by going to https://labs.geocaching.com.
You can launch the adventure by opening the Adventure Lab app
