This series of caches is in honor of The NVG, one of Manning's finest!
This historic water tower was designed by ISU professor Anston Marston and college freshman Henry Brunnier (a Manning native) in 1903.
It is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
Please do not attempt to climb, the cache can be easily reached from the ground.
