This is a cache started as an ammo can. That went missing, so I replaced it with a pre-form tube. That too recently went missing. It has been down-graded again to a pill bottle. If that goes missing it will probably be time to archive it.
As mentioned above, it is just a pill bottle. So, please make sure to bring your own pen.
