Geocache Description:

Cache placed in honor of JOGPS. Theme is horses/equestrian. There is a ziplock bag containing 2 small gifts for JOGPS. The items not bagged are for trade.

Parking is at N39 45.682 W76 41.973 at RAILROAD, PA. So, named because the parallel Northern Central Railway, an excursion railroad noted for on-board dining & theater, once traveled this route. The Railway went out-of-business in Sept. 2001.

NOTE: This is an offset cache, above coordinates will take you to Ann M. McGee.
Subtract her year of birth from 1993 to arrive at the numeral necessary for 'A' to be added to the LAT.
For the LONG., subtract 1957 from the year of her death to get the number for 'B' to add to the LONG.

York County's Heritage Rail Trail County Park is 21.1 miles, 10' wide compacted stone surface designed for hiking, bicycling, running, horseback riding, as well as winter sports such as cross-country skiing & snowshoeing.

This linear park connects the historic distric of downtown York, PA with Maryland's NCR Trail which adds another 22 miles.
