I was working in the lab, late one night
when my eyes beheld an eerie sight
for my monster from his slab, began to rise
and suddenly to my surprise
He began a monster thrash
complaining of the graveyard trash
it caught on in a flash
even Dracula made a mad dash
From my laboratory in the castle east
I sent an email “we must tame the beast”
The cachers came from their humble digs
To pickup leaves, sticks and twigs
The cachers were having fun
for the CITO had just begun
with barrows, buckets and brooms
to sweep away the residents gloom
Out from his coffin, Drac's voice did ring
Seems he was troubled by just one thing
it was Wolfman, who began to sing
if only he could be moved to a different wing
Now everything's cool, there is nothing bland
the Monsters are happy for it is the hit of the land
For you, the living, my merry band
well done on giving that helping hand
IT's ON AGAIN!
After the huge success of the last event, we are doing it again. The comments from the last event were very positive and left everyone wanting to help out more. It was a great day and a lot of fun while doing something nice for the community.
This will also may help for those who are still looking for that CITO Souvenir for this half of the year.
Come along and join a happy band of volunteers by tidying up the beautiful historic cemetery. We will be removing litter and some tree debris.
