The dairy barn is a pretty little building near the lake, you will enjoy the short walk beyond the buildings of the park.
A little history: The dairy barn served as an actual dairy barn for the Children's Home up until 1960. By 1949, the dairy barn was producing most of the food needs for the children on the property. In 1960 they had 100 Hereford cattle, 25 hogs, and 1,000 chickens.
