Welcome to the Creative Cache Fair! The event is all about making and finding creative geocaches!
12:00-13:00 Build a cache: If you love a good DIY project and seeing a cool cache container created in front of your eyes you are in the right place. We will have materials on hand to build a geocache and you can bring your own materials. We will have experts on hand such as Goblindust, DiscGolfbirdie, and many more to help you bring your ideas to life.
13:00-14:00 Display your own unique cache that you brought or built during the event and you could win best of show and a prize!
14:00-15:00 Building geocaches can be a lot of work so we will be grilling! Potluck style is the way we like it so bring your favorite drinks and snack to share if you want.
15:00-16:00 Social hour discussing unique geocaches we have found and how to come up with creative ideas for geoaching.
16:00-17:00 Presentation of awards for best in show for unique geoaches, favorite geocache, and honorable mentions. There will be a raflle where you could win a unique geoache also. If you would like to bring a unique geoache for the raffle please let me know.
This great event will have an island theme!
We encourage you to dress in your best island-themed clothes - maybe a grass skirt or that lonely Hawaiian shirt that has been sitting in your closet.
We will have some island decorations up and some island drinks and food!
A guest star ukulele performance might happen!
