Welcome to the new geocachers. This little series is to familiarize our new friends to some basic terms to help them enjoy this game we all enjoy so much. Old timers and more experienced cahers will probably know all this information so this will be a quick and easy for the numbers run. Either way, HAVE FUN!
Quite often you will see either in the description or hint TOTT needed. A TOTT is a TOOL OF THE TRADE, it means something special is need to retrieve and return the cache. It can be something like tweezers, a grabber, a magnet, a step stool or even a 20 foot ladder!
