2023年 栃木県民の日
栃木県民の日に制定されている6月15日は1873年に旧栃木県と宇都宮県が合併し栃木県が誕生した日です。この日を記念して、2023年の県民の日に栃木にゆかりのあるジオキャッシャーが募りキャッシュを公開しました。

The 15th June is Tochigi Citizens’ Day. Tochigi Prefecture was established on June 15, 1873 with the merger of Tochigi Prefecture and Utsunomiya Prefecture. Celebrating this day, Geocachers loved Tochigi have published caches.

Tochigi prefecture has 14 cities and 11 towns. Each has its office in there and I have placed caches near those offices. Some offices already have geocaches there, and I have placed offset caches if I can't place directly there.
Tochigi City is in Southern part of Tochigi prefecture with 151926 population (As of May 1, 2023) and 331.50 km2 land area. It is the third largest city in Tochigi following Utusnomiya and Oyama.
Posted coordinates are near the entrance of the City Ofiice which is a part of Tobu Department Store The cache is located azimuth 216 degree and distance of 497 meters from there.

栃木県には１４の市と１１の町があり、それぞれに市役所あるいは町役場があります。今回の県民の日に合わせてそれぞれの役所近くにキャッシュを設置しました。いくつかの役所にはすでにキャッシュがあるので、主にオフセットキャッシュ（マルチかミステリー）としました.。
栃木市は栃木県南部に位置する人口151926人（2023年5月1日推計人口）、面積331.50km2の市です。栃木県では宇都宮市、小山市に次いで三番目の人口です。
