I am always amazed what one finds on the pavement in suburbia. The cache is placed in a security controlled suburb.There were no issues getting in and out of the suburb. If, However, you are stopped and asked where you are going, just say "to the museum".
There are times when traffic and muggles are busy getting from A to B. Please use stealth. Take care of your young ones, traffic can be busy at times.
The cache is magnetic, about 2m above ground level. BYOP.
