The TK Trail, also known as the Tamsui-Kavalan Mountain Trail, is a historic mountain road that encapsulates the rich history of Taiwan. It was the main route connecting Tamsui Hall in northern Taiwan with Kavalan Hall in eastern Taiwan. The routes can be generally divided into three road networks: north, central and south. Historical Official Trail toward Kavalan (入蘭正道) comprises part of the north network.
