Discover Mission Viejo Geotour

This cache is part of the official “Discover Mission Viejo GeoTour GT4D8” which will lead visitors to discover trails, parks, and other prominent locations throughout Mission Viejo.  Those who complete the tour will be eligible to receive a GeoCoin for their achievement by completing the GeoTour passport and finding code words.  Passports and instructions can be found here: Geocaching | City of Mission Viejo.

Welcome to Mission Viejo's Civic Center! It is home to city hall, the Orange County Sheriffs Office (Mission Viejo Station), and the city library. Take a walk around the civic center to see what Mission Viejo's unique art and culture has to offer.

You must first complete the DMV - Mission Viejo Civic Center Adventure Lab by downloading the Geocaching Adventures app (available for ios and android). You can scan the code below, click the hyperlink above, or view the lab cache on the Geocaching Adventures app at the above coordinates to begin your adventure through the Mission Viejo Civic Center. Total estimated time from start to finish (including finding the final cache) is roughly 15-20 minutes. This cache is intended to be walk / dog / kid friendly. You may walk to the final, but it is best if you drive there and park closer to the cache.

Hints for the bonus will be given in 4 out of the 5 journal entries. In 1 out of the 5, a code word will be given to enter into Certitude below for the final coordinates (and an additional hint). Use stealth and BYOP at the final. Please replace the cache exactly as you found it.
