Gather at the Bowman Trail Head parking area on the Presidential Rail Trail, New Hampshire, for some Spring Cleanup and environmental ecology.
Gathering again for the Spring 2023 CITO Event! Date- Friday May 26, 2023 Time- 11 am - 12;30 pm Trash bags and safety vests will be provided. Participants will receive the Spring CITO 2023 souvenir. Rain date - Saturday May 27, 2023
Bring some lunch if you want. Water and snacks will be provided.
Besides the cleanup if needed, we will return the Bee Houses placed last year and protected over the winter months to their original locations. ( The bees made good use of them last year ). Also, a few new bird houses will be placed. Bring a hammer if possible.
If you are new to the area and the Presidential Rail Trail, there are many caches all along the trail. Also, Rollo Fall is nearby with two caches along the way. Plans are in place for some newer caches in the area too.
