Eleven percent of the roads in Harford County are classified as dirt or gravel (unpaved). The county refers to these as 'earth' roads.
This cache is a continuation of a series on unpaved roads. See GCA82N9. The caches can be done in any order, but if #7 ( Walters Mill) is done last, the final is not far away. It is located on a dirt road. You will be looking for a series of caches which will lead you to the FINAL. As you locate each cache, you will find a code on the log.

Cache Description
This road connects Route 623 with Deep Run Road. Although much of the road is paved, there still exists an "earth" road section. (Tabernacle Road is a crossroad near Deep Run).
Nearby is the Broad Creek Memorial Scout Reservation. It is a year-round outdoor recreational and educational facility used by 36,000 youths each year.
Broad Creek is a Susquehanna tributary. It flows thru a "gorge" noteworthy for the largest and oldest hemlock grove in the state east of the Alleghany Front.
The cache is a quick C&D on a flat section of the road with plenty of parking.
