We walk on the ferry to Kingston several times a month just for fun. Love spending time at the beach in Edmonds by the terminal before boarding, kids ride free now (awesome!), and we love getting crepes and ice cream in Kingston. Saltair Beach Park is never crowded and is great at low tide. This observation deck isn't far from the stairway down to that beach and is a popular spot for some to sit and enjoy the views while they wait for their boat. There will be muggles around for sure, so be sly! Bring your own writing utensil...
