2023年 栃木県民の日
栃木県民の日に制定されている6月15日は1873年に旧栃木県と宇都宮県が合併し栃木県が誕生した日です。この日を記念して、2023年の県民の日に栃木にゆかりのあるジオキャッシャーが募りキャッシュを公開しました。

The 15th June is Tochigi Citizens’ Day. Tochigi Prefecture was established on June 15, 1873 with the merger of Tochigi Prefecture and Utsunomiya Prefecture. Celebrating this day, Geocachers loved Tochigi have published caches.

Tochigi prefecture has 14 cities and 11 towns. Each has its office in there and I have placed caches near those offices. Some offices already have geocaches there, and I have placed offset caches if I can't place directly there.
Moka City is located South Eastern area of Tochigi prefecture with 77503 population and 167.34 km2 of land area.

栃木県には１４の市と１１の町があり、それぞれに市役所あるいは町役場があります。今回の県民の日に合わせてそれぞれの役所近くにキャッシュを設置しました。いくつかの役所にはすでにキャッシュがあるので、主にオフセットキャッシュ（マルチかミステリー）としました。
