Welcome to Wildbark - Canberra's new nature-based visitor's centre at Mulligans Flat Woodland Sanctuary.The whole building floorplan is based on 2 giant eucalyptus leaves as is the roof.
This state-of-the-art facility offers an immersive wildlife experience, a place to learn about our grassy woodlands and the animals that call it home. It's a gateway to the Australian landscape of 250 years ago, inspiring people of all ages to care for Australia's landscapes and wildlife.

Its the gateway to many Geocaches located in the woodlands. It’s available 24/7 . Park in the lowest park of the gravel car park. Small side gate is open.Just walk in. Try to complete the cache between 9 am and 2 pm if possible so you can experience all the information on the Woodlands walks within this impressive eucalyptus leaf designed building .The free information centre is closed after 2 pm each day but access to walks and the cache are open 24/7.
Walk out the heavy duty back gate and make your way to GZ. The cache is a 200ml sistema with log book and pencil within a zip lock bag plus plenty of swaps. Enjoy the experience !
