Highwayside trail hide Traditional Cache

I found a cache here not too long ago and thought it was a great spot for a cache. You can hear the cars fly by as you find this cache but is a safe distance from the highway. Stealth is your best friend for this one. It is near a park but far enough so geocachers don't look sketchy lol. This one should be easy to find with the hint but out of muggles eyes. Happy hunting
