G.I. Joe lost his foot locker Traditional Cache

While on manuevers it seems that G.I Joe got sidetracked and forgot to pack out what he packed in. As he was loading up the Humvee to head back to base camp he made a critical error and did not take inventory of all his gear. Once he got back to base camp and was unloading the Humvee he noticed his foot locker was nowhere to be found. Can you help out this aging action hero and find his foot locker?
