This a high muggle area so take care and please replace all camo. Trams used to run down Clovelly Rd to the Clovelly Terminus where buses now stop. This a cache to remember the long ago days of easy tram travel to the city before we now need to board the 339 and connect with the modern day 'trams'. The line started in 1912 and was closed on Saturday 22nd June 1957. The Clovelly Terminus was originally a balloon loop with inside siding, altered in 1931 to a dead end with scissors crossover. Here is a an aerial photo of the terminus in 1943.

During the Royal Tour in 1954 four Sydney trams were decorated, with one here shown at Clovelly.
