Cascade Entrance South End Traditional Cache

You are looking for a guardrail cache.  Should be a quick park and grab.  There is a pull off  across from the guardrail.  Keep driving down road you will be in the Italian part of town.  If you are hungry there is a favorite pizza place.  As you leave cascade you will see the mill on the right and come to the north entrance for another cache.
