This is an offset multi-cache placed for SEMAG Meet & Greet #100 - The Centennial Event (GCA56E4). The posted coordinates are virtual and bring you near a small kiosk with information about the area. This kiosk serves as a starting point for all three multis in this area. Parking is available along Yellow Hill Road near the kiosk if you have a vehicle with good clearance. If you don't, there is room to pull over near the beginning of Yellow Hill Road.
On the bottom left of the kiosk you will a box with the word LEGEND on the top. There are 18 terms in this box, divided into nine rows and two columns.
