PLEASE READ THE COMPLETE DESCRIPTION BEFORE APPROACHING THE HOME.
The cache is at the posted coordinates, in a Little Library, near the porch. To qualify for this challenge, you must have found 100 caches with different Difficulty, Terrain & Cache Types. There are 81 unique Difficulty/Terrain combinations, and there are 8 cache types (traditional, multi, mystery, letterbox, virtual, earthcache, wherigo, webcam and event, NOT ALs) making at least 500 possible combinations
When you find the geocache, sign the log book (with the cowgirl cover) located in the Little Library. If you don’t meet the qualifications, you may write a note. If you meet the qualifications, log a find. The easiest ways (but not the only way) to do this is to click the geochecker below which will take you to project-gc. You may cut and paste the text showing that you qualify. For example: “[LKLopez](https://www.geocaching.com/profile/?u=LKLopez) has used [Project-GC](https://project-gc.com/Challenges/GC9JEQA/64414 "Project-GC Challenge Checker") to see if they qualified for this challenge and they did. You have found 294 unique D/T/Type combinations of 100 required to qualify.”
Beware that the Little Library is often visited by non-geocachers who mistake TBs for trinkets which often disappear. If you take a book or SWAG, please leave something of equal or greater value (now or later).
The Williamson Valley Road Series is a Friends of Morgan Ranch Nature Park history project. This is the 100th cache in the WVRd Series, #000-#099, which follows Williamson Valley Road north for 70 miles along the route of the historic Hardyville Toll Road.
We placed an original cache at the request of historian Mona Lange McCroskey who helped the Morgan Ranch Park Association publish three WVRd history books. Mona and her husband Ben enjoyed reading logs from around the world. Mona has gone to that great Archive in the Sky. We republished this gc because Ben misses seeing the local gcers who already found the first cache in the library and use to chat with him and Mona. In Mona's memory, we are using the same log book that was used for our 1st gc. We hope you have the pleasure of meeting Ben during your visit.
