This is a challenge cache and has special requirements you must fulfill before you can log the find. You can sign the log when you find it but you cannot log the find until you meet the requirements. To log this cache you must have found a 4/9 "baby split". You must have found at least 4 different cache sizes (Micro, Small, Regular, Large, Not chosen, Virtual or Other) in addition to 9 different cache types (Traditional, Multi, Unknown, Letterbox, Virtual, Wherigo, Earthcache, Webcam, Locationless, Event, Mega, Giga, CITO, Project Ape Cache or Geocaching Block Party) listed. This will be a total of 13 different caches (you cannot combine type and size in the same requirement).
