Duna sétány

Az új jánlott program: Pesterzsébet az egész családnak kikapcsolódást és aktív pihenést biztosító partrésze, a Duna sétány első – a pesterzsébeti strandtól egészen a sporttelepekig tartó –, 600 méteres szakaszát. Van itt pihenőháló, amelyben a Duna felett ejtőzhettek, akár vízi járművekkel is lehet érkezni, hiszen kikötőket is kialakítottak, illetve néhány információs tábla bemutatja a környék növény- és állatvilágát. Több ivókút, illetve okospad is van.
Bringával a területre nem lehet begurulni – még akkor sem, ha tolja az ember –, viszont minden egyes bejáratnál több kerékpártárolót is felállítottak, ráadásul a sétányt kamerával megfigyelik, szóval nyugodtan és biztonságban ott lehet hagyni a kétkerekűt, akár több órára is.
A Duna sétány azonban nem használható a nap mind a 24 órájában:
nyári időszakban, ami május 1-jétől szeptember 30-ig tart, reggel 6-tól este 10-ig látogatható,
a téli időszakban – október 1. és április 30. között – reggel 7-től este 8-ig.
A biztonság érdekében pedig nemcsak kamerák, de biztonsági szolgálat is vigyázza a Duna sétány rendjét. A strand mellett induló Duna sétány párhuzamosan halad a Vízisport utcával, csak közvetlenül a folyó partján. 600 méter talán nem olyan sok, viszont annyi a látnivaló és a kipróbálásra okot adó dolog! Másik két bejárata a Vízisport utcáról lehetséges,- a Vak Varjú étterem udvarán, vagy a Vizes Játszótér melletti bejárónál.

There is a resting net here, you can row over the Danube, you can even arrive by watercraft, as harbors have also been created, and some information boards present the flora and fauna of the area. There are several drinking fountains and smart benches.
You cannot enter the area with a bicycle - even if you are walking it by foot - but several bicycle racks have been set up at each entrance, and the promenade is monitored with a camera, so you can leave the two-wheeler there safely, even for several hours.
However, the Danube Promenade cannot be used 24 hours a day:
during the summer season, which lasts from May 1 to September 30, it can be visited from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.,
the winter period - between October 1 and April 30 - from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.
In order to ensure safety, not only cameras, but also a security service take care of the order of the Promenade.
The Danube Promenade starts next to the beach and runs parallel to Vízisport Street, only directly on the river bank. 600 meters may not be that much, but there are so many things to see and try! Two other entrances are possible from Vízisport Street, in the courtyard of the Vak Varjú restaurant or at the entrance next to the Water Playground.
