Pioneer Park is one of those premium locations that COULD list many geocaching attributes, but this cache has no attributes listed. Finding a cache with NO attributes listed can be a challenge (but not this cache). Attributes were first used in Geocaching, starting with a list of 10 in 2005, expanding to the current list of 70. You will need to complete a simple keyword puzzle to find the cache.
This location, formerly known as “Government Hill” was the location of Isaac Staples' Mansion. Isaac Staples made a fortune in the lumber, agriculture and real estate business. The home was here from roughly 1870 until 1900.

Later, the property was donated to the city. Pioneer Park was established in the 1930’s and named for the early settlers of the area. This is a very popular park for picnics, weddings, concerts in the bandshell, the playground and watching fireworks for 4th of July and Lumberjack Days. It has one of the best views of Stillwater and many other amenities.(attributes)

You will need to solve a keyword puzzle to get the coordinates for the hide. The keyword is the most likely attribute to describe this location. Type the name of the attribute into the checker.
The attribute might be best be found by going to the posted coordinates or reading logs of finders describing their experience.
You can validate your puzzle solution with
certitude.
Thanks to Bronco for opening up this premium location for my 100th hide.
