At the posted coordinates you will see a large Lone Pine tree situated in the Penola War Memorial Park. It was grown by seed from the famous Lone Pine at Gallipoli. It was planted by a past President of the Penola-Coonawarra RSL in memory of those who gave their lives at Gallipoli.
