Geocache Description:

THIS CACHE IS NOT AT THE POSTED COORDINATES. You must solve the puzzle to find the cache.

The Tootsie Pop was invented in 1931 by an employee of The Sweets Company of America (now known as Tootsie Roll Industries.) The idea came to be when the man licked his daughter's lollipop at the same time he was chewing his Tootsie Roll. He loved the idea and pitched it to everyone at the next snack ideas meeting. Many flavors have debuted through the years, but the original ones are still mostly the same. They became a cultural icon when their August 1969 commercial asked “How many licks does it take to get to the Tootsie Roll center of a Tootsie Pop?”
