OKIC PICNIC - 23rd ANNUAL
The OKIC Picnic was first held on August 26, 2001, in Embshoff Park as a way to annually bring "Greater Cincinnati Area" geocachers together, it is now in its 23rd year and credited as the 2nd oldest annual Geocaching event in the world! With this said we want to have anyone and everyone come out to the picnic this summer and join in on the festivities. You do not need to be a member to join us, as we want all cachers new and old to come out and enjoy.
Event Summary
Location: Central Park & Arboretum - SHELTER #2 (Follow the signs)
Address: 9190 Camp Ernst Rd, Union, KY 41091
Date/Time: Sunday, July 30, 2023, 12:00 pm - 3:30 pm (Ending is flexible we have the Shelter until 9pm)
Parking: Parking is available at the shelter.
Restroom: Restrooms are located at the Shelter
Food: We will provide hot dogs and burgers and a grill or two to make whatever else you would like. The rest is entirely potluck! Please bring a dish to share if you plan to eat. If you do not feel comfortable sharing a dish, please bring your own meal and eat with us! ***Please note in your log how many are in your party and what you are bringing so others can plan and adjust accordingly.***
SCHEDULE:
- 12:00 pm - Arrive, Socialize, Let's Eat!
- 2:30 pm - OKIC Info, Voting, Elections, and other updates.
- 3:30 pm - Event End (or when the last person leaves)

- OKIC Group information updates and steering committee board member elections will take place as we are eating.
