Faye It Ain't So...Anymore Traditional Cache

In the classic game "Rock, Paper, Scissors", the rock always wins.  At this location, however, the rock succumbed to the sharper instrument - most likely the victim of a landscape team's mower, plow, or hedge trimmers.  Alas, Faye is no more. .  Fortunately, however, a new cache is in play, and the coordinates are nearly the same as that of the previous source of aggravation.  I'll bet the landscapers don't get this one...perhaps you will.
