Sees on tartaankattega kergejõustikuareen, neli ringikujulist jooksurada (150 meetrit), kuus sirget rada (50 meetrit), jõusaal ja aeroobikasaal. Samuti on võimalused kaugus-, kõrgus- ja teivashüppeks. Ahtme Spordihoone on populaarne koht erinevate ürituste, võistluste ja treeningute läbiviimiseks.
