You just need to have found at least one challenge in the state of Idaho. Any challenge will do of any size, difficulty, terrain, as long as it is in Idaho.
This really is a difficulty 1 geocache, you will probably see it before you're even 20' from the tree its hiding in. The issue with getting to it is that it really is a terrain 5 hide. You will need a 24' ladder to reach the geocache, or climbing gear that you can throw over a branch and then ascend. Climbing this tree without special equipment really isn't a feasible option.
