MK23 Wildlife Trail C - Canada Goose
Is it a bird? Is it a plane? No it was a bird, noisy too but often to be seen flying in a classic 'V' formation. The Canada Goose (or Canadian Goose if you want to upset the birders) is seen in many places in the UK. The photo below is from Tongwell Lake where the cache owner encountered three pairs of geese corralling all their young together to keep them safe. They are quite at home in urban areas and you'll no doubt see many as you visit our City.

This is one of 26 caches celebrating the flora and fauna of Milton Keynes, it's not just concrete cows and roundabouts. How many of our different plants and animals can you spot in our City? Please do add photos to yours logs
All the caches are on a walk near Willen Lake and can be easily navigated. They are all available from running the Wherigo cartridge which is available here: MK23 Wildlife Trail
Thank you to the Parks Trust and MKGees for their help and permission to set these caches.
