There is easy parking at Southside Park, you will need to go on a short walk on a trail to find this one. Watch for poison ivy and ticks!

Hi everyone, I have returned the hare to its original location. I have double checked the coordinates and they should be fairly accurate, please keep in mind any device you are using may have issues with GPS coordinates in wooded area with a heavy canopy of leaves like this. That being said I have left explicit instructions in the hint since there has been some confusion.
