Sevgili rehberimiz Hasan, bizi "küçük" çiftliğine götürdü. Çiftliğinde, tavuklarının yanı sıra dut, kayısı, badem, kiraz ve üzüm dolu bir bahçesi var. Oyuncuların arama yaparken patikadaki dutlarını tatmaktan çekinmemelerini önerdi! Bu, Türkiye'yi ziyaret ederken yaşadığım misafirperverliğe güzel bir örnek oldu.
Geocache, kaleye yürüme mesafesinde yer almaktadır. Otellerin devraldığı turistik bölgeye kıyasla bu sokaklarda yürümek ve yerel bölge hakkında gerçek bir fikir edinmek çok hoş.
Not: Kutu özel mülkte değil, çitlerin dışındaki patika üzerindedir. Hasan ve ailesi bölgeye hakimler ve kutunun yakınlarda olduğunu bildikleri için de arama konusunda rahatlar.
English: A local guide, wanted a local cache at a local house.
Our lovley local guide Hasan, took us to his house to show us his 'small farm.' He has chickens as well as a garden full of mulberries, apricots, almonds, cherries and grapes. He suggested that geocachers feel free to try his mulberries on the tree on the footpath while they search! This is a beautiful example of the hospitality I expeirenced while visiting Turkey.
The cache is located walking distance from the castle. It's lovley to walk to streets and get a real feel for the local area in comparison to the tourist area that's been taken over by hotels.
The cache: The cache is not on private property, it is on the footpath outside the fence line. Hasan and his family are well aware of it's location so feel comfortable searching as he know's it is close by.
