This should be an easy cache to find, located near the airfield used by local radio-controlled airplane hobbyists. If you are lucky, you may catch them on a day when they are flying their planes!
I also use this area for launching my model rockets, due to the wide open area around the airfield, which allows for easy recovery once the rockets have parachuted back to Earth.
