Please do not access this from Interstate 81.  

There is a safer more enjoyable drive on back country roads through Oswego county to get to this cache.  It is on a deadend with plenty of space to turn around once you have found the cache. There is no pen or pencil so BYOP.  Please ensure the log goes back in the straw and back in the baggie, don't forget to seal to keep everything dry for other cachers to enjoy.  Happy Caching!
