Varbūt pēc šī pasākuma Jūs varēsiet doties prom ar paša pagatvotu - unikāli maskētu konteineru vai "mājiņu", kurā ievietot konteineru. Vai būsiet guvuši iedvesmu tādu pagatvot vēlāk. For mistakes, for coincidences, for luck! Let's talk about all this in the master workshop of creating high-quality geocaches? Emphasis on the word - QUALITY.
Do you know the cache placement guidelines and cache hiding process? The format of this workshop will be interesting for those who want to hide their hide for the first time, as well as for geocachers who know everything. Anyone who wants to tell and show something is welcome! Let's share our experience! In the format of questions and answers, we will get information about the whole process, starting from the choice of the hiding place, about the suitability of the container for natural conditions, as well as its manufacture. All the way to submitting the cache page to the reviewer. And of course, also about maintaining the cache, as well as finally about archiving it, if that time has come.
We will try to provide the most necessary tools for making non-traditional hiding containers. Some end of the board will definitely be there. Living in an apartment, such activities are probably not available. Here, in a beautiful place - in the open air, during the rain - in the gazebo, if there is a desire - we will measure, saw, nail - of course, if there is a desire and we will bring our own materials and tools. A cool cache container is often fun after swimming, or walking on brittle ice, or breaking through the DK factor. If you don't know what the DK factor is (the local term for geocachers), come and find out!
I invite experienced geocachers to come with their own smart containers or their blanks and tell about the process of their creation. Sharing our experience - maybe soon, after this master workshop, we will find a cool hidden and prepared hiding place, so that we don't have to worry about analysis dishes thrown in the garbage in the geochat. Perhaps after this event, you will be able to leave with a self-made container - a uniquely disguised container or a "house" in which to place the container. Maybe you will be inspired to make one later. Similar to the Latvian hockey team, which was united - we should also be united in our game and tend to high-quality hiding.
If there are no geocachers willing to hide the caches, there will be nothing to find. In other words: IF THE CACHE IS NOT HIDDEN - IT CANNOT BE FOUND!
