This is an addition to my "I ❤️ the 80's!" series that I started in California. My daughter and her husband recently moved here to Carson City and I came out to help them move and noticed this area needs more caches so of course I had to place one.
This is a great park with lots of memorials, a babbling stream, aquatic center, pickle ball courts, skate park, and a fun train for the kids on weekends. My original vision was to place this magnetic cache on the grill of the train at this sign post but low and behold they were made of cleverly crafted wood.
Parking available in the park or the nearby Walgreens, do not park on the side of the road for safety sake. Being next to the road makes this a high muggle area but just pretend to take selfies with the sign and you will be golden.
