Was euch erwartet: Eine 4-5 Kilometer lange Wanderung (Hinweg zum Cache) durch einen spektakulären Canyon. An manchen Stellen des Weges kann man mit etwas Glück sogar einige Tierarten erblicken.
ACHTUNG! Bevor die Wanderung absolviert werden kann, sollte sichergestellt sein, dass sich alle Fotos (Spoiler, etc.) auch ohne Internetempfang öffnen lassen!
Beginnen wir den Multi am Parkplatz. Von dort aus gehen wir in Richtung des GC’s Skoutoulijáris Canyon GC77TEN. Gleich zum Auftakt der Wanderung geht es durch einen schmalen Felsendurchbruch, rechts und links ragen spektakulär die bizarren Felswände in die Höhe. Im weiteren Verlauf fließt Fluss Skoutoulijáris durch eine traumhafte Kulisse. Im Bachbett blühen wild romantisch Oleanderbüsche.
Bald erreichen wir den ersten GC. Hier ist auch die erste Frage. Danach wandern wir weiter bis zu Stage 2. Hier sind die Hänge mit einigen Nadelbäumen bewachsen. Nun geht’s weiter durch den Canyon.
An Stage 3 findet ihr an einem Felsen mit einem Steinmännchen eine Wandermarkierung. (Falls ihr sie für die Frage nicht entdeckt: Auf dem weiteren Weg fanden wir zwei weitere.)
Bald kommt ihr zu einer Engstelle. Dort empfehlen wir, sich auf der rechten Seite einen Weg zu suchen.
Wandern wir weiter bis zu Stage 4. Dort gibt es eine Gewürzpflanze. Um sie dreht sich die Frage. (Falls sie nicht mehr da ist, schaut euch einfach das Foto an.) Nun geht’s durch das sehr breite Flussbett weiter.
An Stage 5 verlassen wir für kurze Zeit das Flussbett. Im Schatten dieses Baumes lässt sich eine kleine Rast einlegen und die Frage beantworten.
Wir queren die kleine Plantage und erreichen eine Ruine (Stage 6). Hier müsst ihr zwei Fragen beantworten.
Jetzt geht’s zurück ins Flussbett – nach einiger Zeit kommen wir zur engsten Stelle des Tals. Auf dem Weg zum Finale wird uns im Flussbett ein riesiges, rot-rosa Oleandermeer empfangen. Nach einigen Minuten kommen wir zu einer Kreuzung. Zum Finale geht’s dort nach rechts!

What to expect: A 4-5 km hike (way to the cache) through a spectacular canyon. With a bit of luck, you can even see some animal species at some points along the way.

Let's start the multi at the parking lot. From there we go towards GC's Skoutoulijáris Canyon GC77TEN. Right at the start of the hike, you go through a narrow rock opening, on the right and left the bizarre rock walls tower spectacularly into the air. In the further course, the river Skoutoulijáris flows through a dreamlike scenery. Wild and romantic oleander bushes bloom in the riverbed.
Soon we reach the first GC. Here is also the first question. Then we hike on to Stage 2. Here the slopes are overgrown with some conifers. Now we continue through the canyon.
On stage 3 you will find a hiking marker on a rock with a cairn. (In case you don't spot them for the question, we found two more along the way.)
You will soon come to a narrow. There we recommend looking for a path on the right-hand side.
Let's move on to Stage 4. There is a spice plant there. The question revolves around her. (If it's not there anymore, just look at the photo.) Now we continue through the very wide riverbed.
At stage 5 we leave the riverbed for a short time. In the shade of this tree, you can take a little rest and answer the question.
We cross the small plantation and reach a ruin (Stage 6). Here you have to answer two questions.
Now we go back to the riverbed - after a while we come to the narrowest part of the valley. On the way to the finale, a huge, red-pink sea of oleanders greets us in the riverbed. After a few minutes we come to a crossroads. Turn right there for the finale!
