This is a calendar fill challenge where you need to have done 12 consecutive months of multi-cache finds. This means you need to have found a multi for each day of the month to fill in a full calendar year over all the years that you have been caching. The finds can be in any number of years that you have been geocaching and leap year is not required (personal bonus marks if you do).
