A geocache placed in celebration of Hitman9956's tenth anniversary (2013-2023) and to coincide with the anniversary event, with this being one of a set of 7 challenge caches that are situated at the listed coordinates, but have a certain requirement that must be met before a find can be logged.
In order to qualify for this challenge, you must meet the following criteria:

I've placed the cache as per hint along a canal path, so stealth is recommended when attempting this cache as well as care in case of surrounding foliage.
