MK23 Wildlife Trail P - Pyramidal Orchid
The Pyramidal Orchid flowers in June and July and can be found in chalky and sandy ground. Often found in Howe Park Wood to the West of the City. It attracts a range of butterflies and moths.
This is one of 26 caches celebrating the flora and fauna of Milton Keynes, it's not just concrete cows and roundabouts. How many of our different plants and animals can you spot in our City? Please do add photos to yours logs
All the caches are on a walk near Willen Lake and can be easily navigated. They are all available from running the Wherigo cartridge which is available here: MK23 Wildlife Trail
Thank you to the Parks Trust and MKGees for their help and permission to set these caches.
