Regarding Groundspeak's Maker Magic initiative, that will take place all around the World between June the 13th and July the third I decide to host this event, which will be slightly different than an ordinary event.
This event will be entirely focused on cache creation and specially on creative geocachers creation
This event will be divided in 3 main parts:
1) Educational Workshop:
We will be teaching the all guidelines related to "geocache submission" including how to get permission from the landlords.
We will be discussing what are the criteria that *makes* a good/original container. (including the material, the size, the shape, the camouflage, the resistance to the atmospheric conditions.
2) Build-a-cache workshop
All the attendees are invited to bring a container that they may consider original. It is recommended although not mandatory that the container is a self creation from its owner. The containers that will be brought by the attendees can be from all sorts of materials.
We will expose all the containers and we will be discussing what are the advantages and the disadvantages of each kind of container.
3) Activity Workshop
Having in mind that the whereabouts of the event spot are famous for having some of the most favorited geocaches of Portugal, we may be having a walk around to visit those geocaches.

Aderindo à iniciativa da Groundspeak relativa ao MAKER MAGIG 2023, que decorrerá em todo o Mundo entre os dias 13/06/2023 e 03/07/2023, decidi organizar um evento subordinado ao tema.
Assim, no dia e na hora, no local das coordenadas, além do convívio normal que tem lugar em todos os eventos, desta vez, o tema principal será a Criatividade na criação de caches.
O evento dividir-se-á em 3 partes:
1) uma enumeração das guidelines relacionadas com a submissão/publicação duma cache.
2) uma tertúlia/debate sobre o que é, para cada participante, uma cache "criativa".
3) uma exposição de containers "originais", sendo que, se for do interesse dos presentes, poderá haver uma votação para o melhor container.
Para tal, lanço o desafio a todos os particpantes de trazerem um (ou mais) containers que entendam ser originais (preferencialmente da sua auditoria, mas não obrigatoriamente).
