Where: Little Big Econ State Forest Pavilion - 1350 Snow Hill Rd, Geneva
When: Saturday, July 1st, 2023, 10:00AM to 11:00AM
I would like to gather with like minded kooks, to teach, and learn, crafty stuff, relating to our favorite hobby. There are 4 picnic tables available, at the pavilion, and I will be using one to teach Clan Riffster Camoflauge. If you would like to co-host, and you have something crafty, and geocache related, let me know. The first 3 people to call "Dibs!" get a table. We can have more than 4 classes going, but the extra folks will need to bring their own setup.
What constitutes geocaching related? Really, the sky is the limit. Wanna teach how to set up and play a Wherigo cache? How to do a pocket querry? How to build a gadget cache? How to 3D print geo-stuff? Making your own personalized swag? Making trackables? How to do tie-dye? Geocaching 101, for beginners? Heck, you could even bring some hotdogs, and teach folks how to grill. We all gotta eat, right?
