I Hate Sally were a big deal in the Kingston punk/metal scene for many years. It started as a small project with a fluctuating lineup, but eventually settled down into a four-piece act that self-released its first self-titled album. The follow-up "Sickness Of The Ages" greatly increased their profile locally, to the point that their next release, 2005's "The Plague" EP, sold out Kingston's Stages Nightclub for an extremely rowdy release party.
The band released another full-length, 2007's "Don't Worry Lady" and a split EP with GFK in 2008 before disbanding later that year.
